Easy Form Setup : iSource Enterprise provides easy form setup, establishing optimal settings for snippet cutting, cleanup, data recognition and various output formats. In addition, it lets you test the setup parameters and make immediate modifications for improved accuracy and performance.

Automated Workflow : The Workflow module automates the flow of data from one task to another, distributes and prioritizes tasks to avoid bottlenecks while tracking system performance and recognition results. Should problems arise during forms processing, the workflow automatically notifies administrators via e-mail.

Keying and Data Entry Verification : Keying Module assigns keying tasks to various operators to improve security and flexibility. To promote keying accuracy, the module employs double or triple verification of critical data fields and displays recognition results during the process. The keying module then allows you to monitor productivity at each keying station as well as track overall system performance. The module also utilizes context information to decrease keystrokes and cross-references the U.S. Postal Service database to verify address fields.
