OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Managing Medical Transcription operations including but not limited to conceptualizing and implementing both short- and long-term strategies for business excellence.
Managing teams with special emphasis on excelling business targets and service delivery metrics.
Formulate & implement Internal Reporting Systems (IRS) to monitor service delivery metrics and effectively manage the workforce through maximum utilization.
Forecasting availability of work and formulate internal resources to meet anticipated output within scheduled turn-around-time (TAT), thereby enhancing efficiency and coverage and meeting deadlines.
Generating performance-based strategy with a view to monitor the performance and efficacy of team members, ensuring compliance with the stipulated service delivery parameters.
Developing strategies through various channels effectuating a comprehensive, organizational friendly cost-effective operation.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Creating and sustaining an environment that fosters development opportunities & motivate high performance resulting in improved efficiencies through excellent people practices.
Assisting teams by planning and achieving set targets on a daily basis to meet customer delivery requirements as per our standard client protocol.
Maintaining a good rapport with the team members and the trainees.
Introducing performance-based incentives/allowances and encouraging the team members to earn more, thereby increasing the overall l productivity of the organization.
